Real-listing verification
Every listing passes a multi-agent AI review before it goes live, and stays under watch during the lease.
- Five AI agents cross-check documents, imagery, content, pricing and risk; grey-zone cases go to a human queue with evidence.
- Landlords can upload the title deed or tax record; once matched and approved, the listing shows an "Ownership verified" badge.
- Listings not re-confirmed within 3 days are auto-unlisted, killing the stale-fake-listing problem.
Third-party deposit escrow
Deposits can be held by a third-party partner per listing; the platform never touches your money.
- Deposits and online rent always go through a payment partner or directly to the landlord; the platform holds no funds and runs no funds pool.
- Escrow is toggled per listing by the landlord; when off, the contract states the platform does not hold the deposit.
- Daily-stay refunds use two-admin maker-checker review and are returned by the payment partner.
Bilingual e-contract
Sign online with cloud-stored proof; complete a lease end to end without being in Taiwan.
- A zh / en bilingual e-contract with live-translated chat lets the whole lease happen remotely.
- Contract content and handover photos are fixed with a SHA-256 hash to prevent later tampering.
- An AI check blocks illegal clauses (such as banning household-registration changes) from the templates.
Rent guarantee
If a tenant misses rent, a partner insurer pays the landlord first, then recovers it lawfully by subrogation.
- Arrears are paid to the landlord directly by the insurer; NOKNOK only does case management and evidence, never holding funds.
- After the debt transfers to the insurer, the insurer pursues recovery in its own name; NOKNOK is never the litigant or agent.
- Eligibility: lease of 30+ days, landlord ownership verified, tenant identity verified, contract active and signed.
